Bizmente was founded in 2018 by Laura De Luca, who, after several successful years of industry expertise, embarked on a new journey to share knowledge, foster networking opportunities, and promote professional development. Laura's decision to transition from a successful career in the industry to consulting was driven by a passion for education and this shows in the top-rated feedback from clients.​ Bizmente was created to have a dual focus:  first, provide efficient and value-added audit and risk consulting services to businesses, and second, invest in the continuing development of business professionals.  A dual focus is what sets Bizmente apart. Why?​

Consulting: When we research content to brainstorm new training offerings, it means we are learning. If we are learning new methodologies and techniques, it will reflect in the quality of the consulting work we do, especially so with regards to the depth of critical and strategic thinking we apply.​

Training: Too often trainers and facilitators are no longer doing the work they are teaching, resulting in material that lacks enthusiasm, substance, or relevance. With Bizmente, it is the opposite. Training is based on ongoing current experience and a diverse exposure to both public and private sector organizations through consulting that brings the training to life. The result? Engaging content and practical learning.​
